Data Deletion

You can request the deletion of your data through any of the following methods:

• From your account: Log in to your CodSender dashboard, go to Account Settings, and click "Delete Account" in the Danger Zone section.
• By email: Send a deletion request to contact@lmoukawil.ma with the subject line "Data Deletion Request" and include your account email or phone number.

When you request account deletion, the following data will be permanently removed:

• Your account profile and credentials
• Contact lists and conversation history
• Campaign data and templates
• Bot configurations and training data
• Analytics and usage logs
• Any uploaded media files

Data deletion requests are processed within 30 days. During this period, your account will be deactivated immediately. After processing, all data is permanently and irreversibly deleted from our systems, including backups.

Certain data may be retained for a limited period as required by law, including:

• Transaction records (as required by tax and financial regulations)
• Data necessary to comply with legal obligations or resolve disputes

Such data is kept only for the minimum period required by applicable law and is not used for any other purpose.

If you connected your account through Facebook or WhatsApp Business API, we will also delete data received from Meta platforms. To manage data held directly by Meta, visit your Facebook Settings.
